I am an assistant professor at the Department of Marine Engineering Technology of Texas A&M University. I was a post-doctoral scholar at the Smart Infrastructure Data Analytics Laboratory in the Department of ECE at UCF.

I received my Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2022. Before joining UCF, I got my M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in 2016 and B.S. from Shandong University in 2015.
